We Are Back!
The University of Derby Publishing Society is back! After the turbulent year for students, the publishing society unfortunately disbanded for the previous academic year but a group of third years have been putting in lots of work to bring the publishing society back for the academic year of 2021-2022! So what is the society? The publishing society is an academic society (don't worry, this doesn't mean extra classes or assessments!). It is aimed towards anyone who has an interest in books or the world of publishing, not just publishing students. We meet fortnightly to discuss all things bookish and to plan and work on our magazine Fine Print that is released four times throughout the year - December, February, April and June. Who can join? Everyone!
